Onion Chutney

Inspired to make this after tasting this chutney in a hotel. As the taste came out so well, i want to record this immediately for my future reference.

Ingredients:
Red chillies - 15- 17 nos.
Urad dhal - 2 tsp
Big onion -one number
Small onions -100 gms
Garlic -2 nos.
Tamarind a small size or
Tomato half
Oil 1and half tbspn

Method:
In a kadai, add oil and fry the red chilles and keep aside.
In the same oil add few urad dhal and fey till golden brown. Keep aside.
In the kadai add  garlic and onions at once and fry well till translucent.
Add tamarind or cut tomatoes to that and saute well.
Now add the red chillies and urad dhal to the kadai again and mix them for a minute in low flame.
Add required salt and switch off the flame.
Grind it well, once it get cooled.
Seasoning with mustard seeds is purely optional.
