Ingredients:
Kambu (Pearl Millet) -1 cup
Ildly rice - 1 cup
Urad dhal -1/4 cup
Fenugreek - 1 tsp
Method:
Wash and soak all the ingredients together for 6 hours.
Grind it well like a dosa batter.
Add salt,mix well using hands and allow to ferment for 6 hours.
Mix well and make crispy or sponge kambu dosai as u wish.
Enjoy eating with kaara chutney and coconut chutney.
