Ingredients
Besan flour 1/2 cup
Onion 1 small (finely chopped)
Tomato half (finely chopped)
Carrot (grated) 1 tbsp
Drumstick leaves - one handsfu
Green chilli 1 (finely chopped)
Salt
Turmeric powder 1 pinch
Chiili powder 1 tsp
Garam masala 1/2 tsp
Amchur powder 1/2 tsp.
Method
Add besan flour in a bowl. Add water and mix well without lumps.
Saute
Oil + mustard + onion + salt + turmeric powder
Fry few seconds
Add DRUMSTICK LEAVES AND CARROT
SAUTE WELL
Add tomato + all powders
Mix well and add this to besan flour
Transfer this to flour and mix well.
Make small sized dosas in low flame and serve with tomato chutney or coconut chutney.
