Chicken 250 gms
Clean chicken and keep aside
To that add
Kashmiri chilli powder 1 tsp
Chilli powder 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Turmeric powder half tsp
Salt as required
Pepper powder half tsp
Cumin powder half tsp
Curd 2 tsp
Lemon half squeezed
Add and mix well and keep it closed for 15 mins
Add
egg white
Corn flour and mix well
Check for salt .
Add and allow to marinate for one hour
Deep fry the chicken pieces in batches
Yummy chicken 65 is ready
