Ingredients
Coriander seeds - 1 cup
Toor dal - 3/4 th cup
Pepper 1/2 cup
Jeera 3/4 cup
Red chillies 2 nos.
Curry leaves 8 to 10 nos.
Hing powder 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Method:
1.Slightly dry roast all ingredients except hing and turmeric powder separately.
2.Allow to cool.
3.Add a pinch of turmeric and grind it coarsely.
4.Spread on a plate and allow to cool down.
5.Transfer to an air tight container.
